Investing in Yourself
With so many choices of where to spend our hard earned money, I know it may not be your first thought to prioritise spending on your mental wellbeing - but I would ask you to consider what is more important than investing in yourself?
When we feel as though something is lacking, when we know that we feel discomfort from not fulfilling our potential, when we know something needs to be changed, but we aren't sure how to go about it, our lives naturally feel less-than. Our heart and soul feels heavy.
Here are some other ways that we may spend a similar amount of money to my fees:
Dinner for two/Night out
A One Hour Body Massage
A hair appointment for colour/highlights
A ticket for a sporting event/theatre/concert
Family day out
These are treats, but they are transitory - lovely to experience, but do they have the potential to change your life? I truly believe that the guidance I provide can make a real life-enhancing difference.
Of course, it will require that you take action - I am no fairy-godmother! I have experienced many people feeling more hopeful, more positive, and more at ease as a result of focusing on their own needs. I hope this has helped you to consider your own.

"Investing in yourself is the best investment you will ever make. It will not only improve your life, it will improve the lives of all those around you."
