All classes - First class £5.00, then £7.50 drop-in rate or Pay in Advance £28.00 for a block of four classes (PayPal available)
Please bring a mat, blanket, socks - and anything else that will help you to feel comfortable and warm during relaxation. A limited number of good quality mats are currently available to buy for £10.00.

Hatha Yoga classes
These classes offer a combination of movement (asana) aimed at increasing flexibility and gently building strength, alongside breathing practices (pranayama) to balance the nervous system, along with relaxation and meditation practices and a little yoga wisdom - all aimed at releasing tension in the body and mind.
Yoga for ME/Chronic Fatigue
These classes are very restful and restorative, with gentle movement to ease physical tension, focussed breath work to calm a stressed nervous system, and healing relaxation/meditation. I have personal experience of chronic fatigue and am fully aware how easy it is to become exhausted so please be assured that these classes are a place to unwind, where you are welcome to come just to rest.
Life Coaching/Coeliac Coaching
Choosing a set day and time is advisable for Coaching. This consistency helps to maintain momentum and ensures your coaching session is a top priority. Putting your own needs high on your agenda means that you are more likely to achieve the changes you are seeking as you establish a more positive way of using your time.
For Life Coaching I recommend that you book at least four weekly sessions to begin with, which also means that you can work with me each week at a time that suits you best. (Introductory session is free of charge)
For Coeliac Coaching you may find that just one or two sessions is initially enough to help you adjust.
